Forces, unbalanced and balanced interact with golf.
Balanced Forces:
The ball resting on the tee: Since the players need the ball elevated to tee off they used a tee. Since gravity acts on the ball it can't be elevated without something beneath it. The tee does this job. The tee is driven into the ground creating a balanced force for the ball to sit on above the ground.
Another balanced force seen in every shot in golf is the ball resting on the ground. Often times this is overlooked as a balanced force. Gravity acts on the ball to bring it to the ground first. The ground then balances out the force of gravity to make the ball come to a resting position.
Unbalanced Force:
One unbalanced force that is a vital part of golf is the club hitting the ball. Every time you hit the ball it is an unbalanced force. It's an unbalanced force because the ball accelerates from a resting position.
